Mike Broadwater, Loveland City School District Superintendent

Mike is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in school administration and a strong commitment to student success. He has a Master’s of Education in Secondary Administration from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from The Ohio State University, complemented by a Superintendent License from Ashland University. Mike’s passion for education has driven him to excel in leadership roles, and he is honored to have been named the State Assistant Principal of the Year and recognized as a National Assistant Principal of the Year Finalist in 2006.

As the current Superintendent of Loveland City School District and Past-President of the OhioAssociation of Secondary School Administrators, Mike strives to foster a collaborative environment that supports both students and educators. He is also proud to serve as an Adjunct Mathematics Professor at The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences, where he inspires the next generation of educators.
