Kim is an experienced leader in the software development industry. She has spent nearly 3 decades successfully leading diverse teams in the design, development and deployment of innovative software solutions for a variety of sectors including club management, human capital management and telecommunications. Kim received her Bachelor of Science, Information Systems from Xavier University.

Through the years, Kim has been active in the Loveland Schools community by supporting her kids’ academic pursuits and extracurricular activities. Kim is also actively involved in her Seven Hills church community.

Kim and her husband, Steve, have lived in Loveland for the past 20 years where their raised their now adult children, Jake (Loveland Class 2016) and Brie (Loveland Class 2020). Kim is grateful for the critical role Loveland Schools has played in shaping Jake and Brie, from developing their critical thinking skills, to helping them explore their interests, to challenging them to evolve into the individuals they are today. Jake and Brie were both well prepared for pursuing their higher education goals due to the quality education they received from Loveland Schools.
