Linda Slusher
Linda Slusher graduated from Loveland High School in 1960. Her mother graduated from LHS in 1928 and her daughter in 1993.
Linda attended Wilmington College earning her BA in History and Government in 1964. She continued her education at Xavier earning her Masters in Education, with a concentration in Media in 1974.
After receiving her BA, Linda taught Spanish and Government at Mason High School 1964-1965. She then continued her career within the Loveland City School District. From 1965-1970, Linda taught social studies, health and PE and was the librarian at Loveland Junior High. She then moved to Loveland High School and served as the Media Specialist from 1970-2002.
Linda did not end her dedication to the LCSD upon retirement. The Loveland Schools Foundation was established in 2000 and Linda became a member moving to Executive Director from 2002 through June 2024. She has continued her support to the Foundation, school administration, staff, parents and community. Linda has spent 60 years in education in some form for 60 years, 59 which were within the Loveland Schools.
