When Mike was born, his grandmother said he was going to be a doctor. He isn’t sure that this declaration swayed his career decision but it is certainly a prophecy that became a reality. As a student at LHS, he took his studies seriously and became Class President and Valedictorian of his senior class. He selected Emergency Room Medicine because of the challenge and has risen to this challenge for well over 35 years. However, he feels his greatest achievement is being a Dad to Daughter Cassi and Grandpa to his two granddaughters, Emily and Maggie.
